Pleko Wall Systems: Six Systems to Meet Your Demands
- PLEKO THERM SYSTEM - Our most popular EIFS Wall System.
- PLEKO DIRECT APPLY SYSTEM - Economical Direct Applied Systems for Residential and Light Commercial Applications.
- PLEKO THERM STUCCO SYSTEM - Insulated Wall Systems Using One Coat Stucco.
- PLEKOTE SYSTEM - Ultra High Impact Polymer Modified EIF System for the most Demanding Conditions.
- THERM SYSTEM OVER CONCRETE SUBSTRATE - The popular Therm System applied over Concrete or Brick substrates.
- PLEKO RAIN DRAIN SYSTEM - The Pleko Therm System modified to allow positive drainage of incidental moisture that may enter the system.
PLEKO THERM SYSTEM - Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) or Polyisocyanurate (PI) insulation board ranging from ¾" to 4" in thickness is either adhesively or mechanically attached to a variety of underlying building substrates. The entire insulation board is then reinforced with a fiberglass fabric embedded in a proprietary base coat for strength and weather resistance. Once the base coat has been installed, then the wall is completed by applying a decorative and protective acrylic finish coat. The finish color, texture or appearance is available in a variety of selections to meet any particular demand of a building owner. For specific installation guidelines and System Specifications please refer to our specification section.

PLEKO DIRECT APPLY SYSTEM - A versatile yet economical wall system, directly applied over selected building sheathing. The Direct Apply System is ideal, and cost effective for direct application on soffits and other feature walls where insulation is not required. System can also be used as Direct Exterior Finish System (DEFS). Pleko Direct Apply System consists of Base Coat over the approved substrate, followed by reinforcing fiberglass mesh embedded in Base coat (100% acrylic based or modified) Select any color and texture of Pleko Structure Finish to meet your requirements. For specific installation guidelines and System Specifications please refer to our specification section.

PLEKO THERM STUCCO SYSTEM - A popular Wall System noted for it’s durability and economy. Therm Stucco is a fiber reinforced, acrylic modified cement stucco. It is installed over 20 gauge stucco netting and optionally over polystyrene insulation. The Therm Stucco bas is a nominal 3/8" thick and is finished by the application of a protective and decorative Pleko Finish coat. For specific installation guidelines and System Specifications please refer to our specification section.

PLEKOTE SYSTEM - A high build polymer modified wall system for the most demanding conditions. The Plekote System is a ¼" thick fiber reinforced, polymer modified EIFS wall assembly which incorporates extruded or expanded insulation board mechanically fastened to the underlying structure Higher Impact resistance and higher R values for high traffic areas and more prone to abuse environments. For specific installation guidelines and System Specifications please refer to our specification section.

THERM SYSTEM OVER CONCRETE SUBSTRATE - An energy efficient cladding installed direct on the surface of either CMU, CHB or concrete. It provides good Thermal Insulation and good water protection. The insulation board is adhesively attached to the substrate using either the notched trowel or the ribbon and dab adhesive application.
PLEKO RAIN DRAIN SYSTEM - The system consists of the same high quality components used in the Pleko Therm System plus more. The system is engineered to allow drainage of incidental moisture behind the foam. Its design incorporates specially configured grooves behind the foam. The board is mechanically fastened to the substrate. As an additional protection a weather resistant membrane is installed on the face of the substrate between the substrate and the foam. All penetrations and terminations are also sealed with a special tape that prevents the entry of water into the system.
The system is backed by a TWENTY YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY*
